Dan Haller represents clients in all areas of real estate, banking, commercial leasing, construction, and business matters. Dan routinely advises real estate developers, commercial property owners, construction companies, management companies, homeowner’s associations, and other businesses and individuals on real estate, leasing, finance, and commercial transactions. In addition, Dan represents numerous lenders in negotiating, documenting, and closing new construction, real estate, and asset-based loans.
Dan also acts as outside general counsel for small and medium sized businesses. Dan’s representation often begins with entity formation and organization/operation issues and continues through the life of the business, including mergers and acquisitions. Dan’s intimate knowledge of each client’s business serves him well in developing pragmatic solutions to the specific needs of each client.
In addition to his roles as transaction counsel and legal advisor, Dan handles all aspects of real estate, banking, and business litigation. Dan understands that each dispute—be it in state court, federal court, or arbitration—impacts a business differently and therefore requires a well-tailored approach to resolution.
