Dan Haller focuses his practice on representing businesses of all sizes, from closely held companies to large corporations. Dan works with these companies to create practical solutions that satisfy both the business and legal considerations that arise on a day-to-day basis.
Dan provides general counsel to his clients on matters ranging from corporate organization/operation issues to employment concerns regularly faced by employers, including advising and defending employers on state and federal employment law matters. Dan’s intimate knowledge of each client’s business serves him well in developing pragmatic solutions to the specific needs of each client.
In addition to his role as legal advisor, Dan handles all aspects of dispute resolution. Dan understands that each dispute—be it in state court, federal court, or arbitration—impacts a business differently and therefore requires a well-tailored approach to resolution.
Dan is the chair of the firm’s “Fun Committee,” which organizes social and community-service activities for the firm’s staff and attorneys. When not organizing events on behalf of the firm, Dan stays involved in the community through volunteer activities and engagement with the St. John’s University alumni network.
