Ryan Olson is a seasoned attorney at Felhaber Larson with over 20 years of experience representing clients in business and employment matters. He holds a J.D. from Indiana University-Indianapolis, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2004, and a B.S. in Business Administration from North Dakota State University, earned with honors in 1999.
Ryan’s diverse practice encompasses business transactions, employment law, and litigation. He assists clients across multiple industries with negotiating and drafting agreements, resolving contract disputes, and defending against business tort claims. His employment law practice focuses on advising employers on personnel and policy issues, employment agreements including restrictive covenants, and litigating matters involving confidential information and trade secrets.
As an investigator with the Fourth Judicial Ethics Committee for over four years, Ryan demonstrates his commitment to upholding professional standards. He also serves as director of the Hunter Houle Memorial Foundation, which he helped establish in 2017 to support charitable initiatives in Minnesota.
