Christopher S. Hayhoe

Christopher Hayhoe brings nearly five decades of legal experience to his diverse practice at Felhaber Larson, focusing on real estate, construction law, and business transactions. A graduate of St. Olaf College and the University of Minnesota Law School, Chris has developed extensive expertise serving as outside general counsel and handling complex matters for homeowners’ associations and electric cooperatives.

Known for his calm approach and deal-making abilities, Chris excels in business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and alternative dispute resolution. His practice spans multiple sectors, including commercial real estate, land development, renewable energy, and common interest communities.
