Kevin V. Heinz serves as Of Counsel at Felhaber Larson, bringing a unique multicultural perspective to immigration law. He is the founder of Heinz Law, PLLC, and holds a J.D. from Hamline University School of Law and a B.A. in Spanish and Business Management from Saint John’s University.

Kevin’s diverse background includes teaching English as a Foreign Language in Central and South America at multinational companies, serving as campus director of an international business school in Southern California, and co-founding several successful businesses. His legal experience spans roles as a judicial law clerk, legal intern, and immigration attorney.

Fluent in Spanish, Kevin specializes in bridging cultural gaps to create opportunities for his clients. His immigration practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex immigration matters, with particular expertise in H-2B temporary worker programs and consular processing. He has published extensively on immigration law topics and regularly speaks at American Immigration Lawyers Association conferences.

Kevin has been an active volunteer with the Volunteer Lawyers Network since 2011 and was recognized as the AILA MN Dakotas VLN Pro Bono Champion in 2019. Clients appreciate his honest, upfront approach and his commitment to helping them realize the American Dream. A St. Paul native, Kevin believes great results depend on strong attorney-client relationships and personally handles each case from start to finish.
