Christopher Hayhoe’s practice focuses on business and real estate law, with expertise in planning, construction and association issues.

Christopher’s business clients include corporations, associations, limited liability companies and partnerships engaged in a wide variety of industries. He serves as general counsel for several of these companies, and supplies advice and assistance on legal and business issues they face.

Christopher has considerable experience in construction law including contracts, defects claims, mechanic’s liens and payment bonds, eminent domain and boundary law. He is a lecturer to industry and professional groups on real estate and construction law topics.

Christopher is a past president and chair of the firm’s board of directors.
